All sales of digital products and personal services are final. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Templates (AppSheet) Refunds are not available for purchased digital templates. If you are unable to access a template following purchase, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. If access cannot be restored, a refund will be issued.

Personal Tarot Readings Refunds are not available for personal tarot readings. For pre-recorded readings, delivery is guaranteed within 7 business days of purchase. If your reading is not delivered within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

Bookings & Appointments Refunds are not provided for missed appointments. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please reach out before your appointment time to arrange a reschedule.
